question

OK just a question for all you wonderfully smart US government people.... The Constitution states that we have certain unalianable rights given to us by our creator and that among these are "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Where did God give us these rights? Is this a truth from scripture or are we allowing our American identity to corrupt our thoughts and change what the Bible says. I don't know... I don't know that I can find a place that God gave us these rights. I know God promised hardships and trials but I am not sure about life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. So US government students... can you explain this????
