I wonder if anyone checks my blog anymore
Well I thnk I will give everyone a little update on my life (or I will just write for myself since I am sure everyone has given up on me ever updating). Well camp ended and that was sad. But then a week later I packed up and came here to school. My first week here I had a training conference for leadership. I am a small group Bible Study leader for my hall this year so that is why I was in training. The first few days all the student leaders went on a camping trip (to the school soccer fields) where we did a lot of challenges and things. It was an enjoyable time. We did not end up camping out because a huge storm came through so we loaded up on busses and drove back to the rec center and spent the night there and went back to "camp" in the morning. The next couple days we had various meeting about college specific things (the new computer network etc.) and then we also had a meeting specificlly for those of us in the Growth Group Leader position (me) It was a good challenging time. Then this past weekend all the freshman and transfers moved in and finally Monday the returning students moved in. It has been a good time. The only real problem I have right now is my room has this empty corner that we really want to put a couch in but we can't find a couch we like. There is this factory damaged furniture sale happening in town this weekend so we are hoping to find one there but if we don't I don't know what we will do. I want a couch because it will be nice when I have my weekly Bible Studies to have somewhere to sit but also it is just nice to have one to study on. Classes started today and I only had two so I don't have a lot of homework. Well I don't really know what else to tell about.
